Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful work on real criminal cases alongside prosecutors.
• Involve in all aspects of criminal prosecution from investigation through trial.
• Research novel and interesting legal issues and draft corresponding pleadings.
• Observe court proceedings where issues are litigated and review new felony filings for evidentiary challenges.
• Prepare exhibits for trial.
