Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems on our Ripon, WI production floor seeks a proven leader to run daily startup meetings covering safety, quality, HR and production goals. You will onboard and mentor 82D12 team members, ensuring PPE and safety compliance while keeping KPI boards current and driving 5S, STOP audits, and standard work across shifts.

You will escalate systemic concerns to the Group Leader and collaborate closely with Team Leads while leveraging SAP to optimize material flow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coach and mentor teams.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on the line.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily start-up meetings covering safety, quality, HR, and production goals.
• Onboard and mentor 82D12 team members; be the go-to contact for new hires.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures; secure proper PPE when needed.
• Keep metrics current: KPIs and Hour by Hour boards; drive visual controls and discipline.
• Build, maintain, and audit Team Member Standard Work; escalate systemic concerns to Group Leader.
• Maintain strong communication with Team Leads and Leaders across shifts; leverage SAP to support material flow.
