Job summary

Alliance Laundry System LLC is seeking a Team Leader for the 2nd shift in Ripon, WI. This role oversees a group of 8-12 associates, drives safety, quality, and productivity, and partners with supervision to meet production goals.

You will lead daily pre-shift briefings, support continuous improvement, and ensure proper PPE and training. A hands-on leader with strong communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Must possess a genuine people-centric mentality and a heart for servant leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of 8-12 members under supervision.
• Run daily pre-shift meetings covering safety, quality, HR and production goals.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE are properly used.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement ideas for the area.
• Escalate production issues to the Group Leader.
• Maintain shift-to-shift communication with other leads.
• Update KPIs and area metrics.
• Create and audit team member Standard Work.
• Complete Hour by Hour Boards and 5S audits.
• Navigate conflicts with coaching from leadership.
• Utilize SAP to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Perform other duties as required.
