Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a skilled designer with strong motion, graphic, and AI capabilities to join our performance marketing team.

You will create static and video ads using AI tools, collaborate with the Lead Designer and Creative Producers, and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll bring at least 3 years of 2D graphic and motion design experience, proficiency in industry tools, and a sharp eye for color, typography, and composition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Strong skills in static graphics, motion design, and video editing.
• Solid knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generators (Nano Banana, GPT, Seedance, Kling).
• Creativity and the ability to generate and develop new ideas.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Portfolio showing your graphic and motion work, including AI-generated content (required).

About the role

We are looking for a designer with strong motion, graphic, and AI skills to join our performance marketing (UA) team. AI is a core part of how we make ads, but it works alongside classic motion design, graphic design, and video editing. In this role, you’ll generate static and video footage with AI tools and bring them to a final result. You’ll work closely with the Lead Designer and Creative Producers on advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, turning ideas and performance data into creatives that scale.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
