Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a designer with strong motion, graphic, and AI skills to join our performance marketing team. You will create static and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, using AI to accelerate production and collaborating with the Lead Designer and Creative Producers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in 2D graphic and motion design, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma, and a portfolio including AI-generated content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Strong skills in static graphics, motion design, and video editing.
• Solid knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generators (Nano Banana, GPT, Seedance, Kling).
• Creativity and the ability to generate and develop new ideas.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Portfolio showing your graphic and motion work, including AI-generated content (required).

Responsibilities

• Create static and video ads for our products on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create static and video ads from concept to final result, using AI tools to speed up production.
• Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends and adapt them into ad creatives.
• Generate AI video and images, and build AI workflows that speed up production.
• Propose your own ideas in creative team meetings.
