Job summary

Ruby Labs is a leading tech company seeking a skilled 2D Graphic and Motion Designer to join the performance marketing team. You will create static and video ads, harness AI tools, and collaborate with Lead Designer and Creative Producers to scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Requirements include 3+ years in 2D design and motion, proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma, and a strong portfolio with AI-generated content. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Strong skills in static graphics, motion design, and video editing.
• Solid knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generators (Nano Banana, GPT, Seedance, Kling).
• Creativity and the ability to generate and develop new ideas.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Portfolio showing your graphic and motion work, including AI-generated content (required).
• Experience in performance marketing, in a product company or digital agency.
• Experience creating complex animations: transitions, effects, compositing.
• Experience building AI workflows in node-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Create static and video ads for our products on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create static and video ads from concept to final result, using AI tools to speed up production.
• Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends and adapt them into ad creatives.
• Generate AI video and images, and build AI workflows that speed up production.
• Propose your own ideas in creative team meetings.
