Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Design, code, test, and debug applications and components that meet technical specifications and business requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and feature teams to develop requirements.
3. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternatives, and lead engineering efforts to meet deadlines.
4. Perform code reviews.
5. Build, deploy, monitor, and operate production services.
6. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
7. Mentor junior software engineers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in:
• Full lifecycle of software development in an agile environment.
• Building web applications and RESTful web services.
• MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
• .NET Core or similar object-oriented programming language.
• JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with Mitel’s unified communications solutions (chat, video, reporting).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Domain Driven Design.
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture.
• Application containerization, deployment, and orchestration.
• CI/CD and test automation.
• Building cloud-native applications in Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• Basic troubleshooting of applications within Kubernetes.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and automated provisioning.
• Knowledge of networking and internet protocols.

Compensation

Hourly Rates: $42–$52/Hr W2, $50–$68/Hr 1099/C2C
