Job summary

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team in Hopewell, VA. This role focuses on general building upkeep, plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance service, and turnover work in residential units.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with full-time hours and contract status. Minimum 2 years maintenance experience and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks.
• Ability to install and repair appliances and flooring materials.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
