Job summary

HireOne Staffing in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing property maintenance team. The role offers $20.00 per hour, full-time hours, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will perform light plumbing and electrical repairs, handle apartment turnovers, install appliances, and assist with groundskeeping while using hand and power tools safely.

Requirements include at least 1 year of maintenance experience, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
