HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic property maintenance team in Lynchburg, VA. The position is listed as Full-time; Contract with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The role requires at least 1 year of maintenance experience. You will perform light plumbing and electrical repairs, complete apartment turnovers, install appliances, and handle drywall, flooring, carpet, and light HVAC tasks.
