Job summary

Voices for Voices in Malvern, PA seeks a Licensed Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school and classroom settings during the regular school day (8:00 am–3:30 pm). You will deliver interventions per the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.

Documentation of client progress, weekly supervision, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are integral.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT credential(s).
• Experience working in classroom or school settings preferred.
• Ability to document and maintain progress notes.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year experience
• RBT Certificate Letter
• RBT training 40 hours
• Safety Care Trained

Additionally, candidates must:

• Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Provide current health documents, including a physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.
