Job summary

Delta-T Group in Malvern, PA is seeking a Licensed Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for school-based, one-on-one interventions during school hours (8:00 am – 3:30 pm). Compensation starts at $27+ per hour, with weekly processing and opportunities to adjust your schedule across additional client openings.

As an RBT, you will document progress, follow treatment plans, and participate in weekly supervision to ensure high-quality care in dynamic school environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma orGED required.
• Clearances FBI, Child Abuse ACT 126 and Criminal must be passed.
• Health documents including physical, TB test, CPR and First Aid Level 2.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• One year experience
• RBT Certificate Letter

• Safety Care Trained

Additionally, candidates must:

• Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Provide current health documents, including a physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.
