Delta-T Group is seeking a Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school and classroom settings in Malvern, PA. The role follows treatment plans and requires documenting progress after each client encounter.

You will participate in weekly supervision, meet health and regulatory requirements, and have access to a wide network of client opportunities with weekly compensation and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience required.
• RBT Certificate Letter required.
• RBT training 40 hours required.
• Safety Care Trained required.

$27+ per hour and up for Licensed Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for rewarding opportunities in the Malvern PA area. School Hours 8:00 am- 3:30 pm.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTON OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a RBT, you will provide critical one-on-one, behavior-based interventions in school and classroom settings. You will:

• Deliver interventions as outlined in the treatment plan with precision and professionalism.
• Document progress through written clinical notes for each client encounter.
• Participate in required weekly supervisions to ensure high-quality care.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Please note that we have a credentialing specialist that can assist you with any of the below-mentioned credentials, if needed!

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year experience
• RBT Certificate Letter
• RBT training 40 hours
• Safety Care Trained

Additionally, candidates must:

• Complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and Criminal.
• Provide current health documents, including a physical exam, TB test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively in dynamic environments.
