The Department of Physical Therapy is seeking Instructional Student Assistant (ISA) applicants.

Appointment Dates: This position is opened until filled. If you have applied and no other positions are available, you will be notified.

Fall 2026: August 16, 2026 - December 22, 2026

Spring 2027: January 15, 2027 - May 26, 2027

Hours: 0-20 hours per week.

Job Duties

• Provide Research Assistance alongside Physical Therapy Faculty
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to working effectively with faculty, staff and students from diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in either the Doctor of Physical Therapy or Kinesiology program.

Salary & Assignment Details

• Salary: Base salary starts at $17.86 per hour. Check with department.
• Assignments: Made by Department Chair or Program Coordinator after consultation with candidate.
• Duties Form: Completed as per Collective Bargaining Agreement for Unit 11.
• Positions are for matriculated students at Fresno State.
• Students limited to 20 hours part-time work on campus.
