• Prepares logistics studies including site visits and LSP facility visits.
• Supports heavy-haul and specialized transport in a large project context.
• Performs administrative logistics support tasks in home office or field.
• Coordinates shipments with internal and external entities.
• Ensures timely entry of shipment tracking data into system tools.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will support projects by performing technical or commercial logistics work. You will be responsible for domestic and international multi-leg shipments with both internal and external entities, ensuring safe, timely, and economical delivery of goods to meet project requirements. Your work will help ensure project requirements are satisfied in accordance with policies and procedures.

Major Responsibilities:

• Performs domestic and international multi-leg shipment responsibilities in support of project requirements to ensure the safe, timely, and economical delivery of goods to meet project requirements
• Prepares logistics reports or performance metrics as required to satisfy project information requirements
• Identifies transport cost and service alternatives to support materials/equipment purchase decisions and use of Logistics Service Providers
• Prepares Logistics Service Provider commercial bid tabs, commitment authorizations and contract documents
• Prepares logistics studies including site and Logistics Service Provider facility visits
• Technical understanding of heavy-haul and specialized transport in the Americas Logistics Technical or Commercial role supporting a moderate/large sized project with a complex scope as a deployed, dedicated resource in the home office or field.
• Performs administrative Logistics support tasks primarily in the home office or field.
• Coordinates shipments with requisite internal and external entities.
• Ensures timely entry of shipment tracking data into system tools
