Fidelity in the United States is seeking a motivated Production Support professional for the Asset Management QRI business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technology issues affecting critical workflows, handle incident triage, and coordinate resolution across applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.

You will work a 2nd shift with weekend coverage as needed, leveraging AI-enabled support to accelerate analysis and drive continuous improvement in service reliability

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting Asset Management or financial services technology.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and cross-team coordination.

Mansioni

• Provide Level-1 production support for QRI applications and workflows.
• Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution across applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.
• Assist with postmortems and process improvements to reduce recurring issues.
• Support Windows, AD, and cloud-based services including AWS.
• Use monitoring and analytics tools to diagnose and communicate impact.
