Encompass Digital Media seeks a Master Control Operator to manage video and audio functions for 24x7 channel origination. You will troubleshoot, maintain logs, and generate detailed reports while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced TOC environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with broadcast automation systems.
• Familiarity with routers and video formats (NTSC/PAL).
• Ability to review, edit, monitor and confirm on-going reliability of automation playlists.
• Maintain on-air logs and discrepancy reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain video and audio functions of Master Control 24x7.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and generate shift reports.
• Complete shift reports with detailed notes for management.
• Work independently and in a team within TOC environment.
• Take direction from Supervisor, Master Control, and adapt to changing priorities.
