Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions is seeking a Federal Network Support Engineer to support Azure Core Networking in Government Cloud environments from onsite in Fairfax, VA. This 24x7 role handles ExpressRoute, VPN, and core networking across secure federal facilities.

You will monitor capacity, provision ports, document procedures, and collaborate with partners while maintaining incident response and knowledge management, with U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in network operations or technical support.
• U.S Citizenship due to federal contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor capacity alerts and maintain ExpressRoute Direct port capacity for Enterprise Route Direct customers.
• Perform port provisioning and generate Network Design Templates (NDT) for buildout activities.
• Create seed files and execute post-build service configuration deployments.
• Validate configuration settings before production release.
• Support decommission efforts for retiring network infrastructure.
• Triage and escalate Livesite incidents and deployment issues.
