Northeast Security, a leading security services firm in New England, seeks Security Concierge Officers for premium Class A buildings in Boston and Cambridge. This part-time role on 2nd/3rd shifts weekends requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record of at least three years.

You will represent the client, maintain professional appearance, and provide top-tier guest service. Responsibilities include client liaison, incident reporting, and ensuring security procedures are followed.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous security concierge experience, or related field/education.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and spoken).
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Candidates must pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record of three years or more.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Keep all personnel updated on policy/regulation changes.

Pay Rate:Position starts at $24

Schedules:Part-Time Sunday-Monday 8:00pm-4:00am

Part-Time Friday-Saturday 11:00pm-7:00am

Security Concierge Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Concierge will be front facing and a direct representation for not only the building, but the clients that are in the building as well.
• Concierge will need to uphold the client’s appearance and culture at all times along with making guests feel welcomed and approachable.
• Must keep a professional appearance.
• Must remain on post at all times.
• Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
