Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking Security Supervisors to join our part-time team. You will monitor concierge personnel, ensure guest services, deliver excellent security, and respond to inquiries while maintaining compliance with procedures.

• Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
• Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.

Supervisor Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
