This role supports the Department of Transportation's Operations Center, offering 24/7 monitoring of transportation systems. Successful candidates will need strong interpersonal skills and prior experience in military, law enforcement, or emergency management. Active SECRET security clearance is necessary, along with competence in various communication tools. The position involves rotating shifts and participation in emergency drills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience required in an operations center or relevant field.
• Active SECRET security clearance and suitability for TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report incidents affecting transportation systems.
• Contribute to emergency management efforts and situational awareness.
• Prepare critical reports and initiate VTCs as necessary.
