Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) seeks an Enterprise Operations Center Supervisor in Washington, D.C. at the DOT Headquarters. The role involves 24/7 monitoring, incident management, and coordinating resolutions for critical systems and networks.

You will respond to events, provide real-time analysis, and liaise with DOT Tier III teams to ensure service continuity. The position requires US citizenship or green card eligibility and a public trust clearance.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of related experience providing support to an enterprise operation center.
• 4+ years of related experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to events and emails from automated tools and outside groups; direct checks of critical systems.
• Provide proactive and scheduled console monitoring in near real time; respond to messages and take corrective action.
• Coordinate resolutions of events and alerts and document actions taken.
• Communicate incident status and follow-up with stakeholders; generate required reports.
