Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Supervisor Transportation and Logistics to oversee daily transportation operations, staffing, and coordination to ensure safe and compliant services 24/7. This role provides leadership to support performance and customer service excellence while aligning with the Cancer Center's mission.

The position requires an Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience), with preferred Bachelor's and applicable licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree
• Minimum Field of Study: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum Education Notes: In lieu of an AA degree; 2 additional years of experience are required.
• Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred Field of Study: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Preferred Education Notes: Licensure Certification Needed: Yes
• Minimum Licensure: Driver's License (DL)
• Minimum Licensure (Other): Valid Florida Driver's License upon hire.
• Preferred Licensure: Driver's License (DL)
• Preferred Licensure (Other): CDL Class B
• Training Required: Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently without supervision
• Ability to lead a team.
