Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support for tolling technology and ITS products nationwide. You will work with field technicians, IT teams, and customers to ensure system availability and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring system health, triaging incidents in ServiceNow, coordinating escalations, and supporting installation and testing of new hardware.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
Certificate, diploma, or degree in technology, electronics, or IT-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical and customer support to internal and external clients.
Manage SLAs and incidents in ServiceNow; escalate when needed.
Monitor system health and assist with hardware/software issues and deployments.
Document incidents, steps taken, and resolutions for knowledge base.
Prepare operational reports and assist with on-call rotations.
