Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide critical 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems. You will triage service requests, guide response teams, and maintain user access across Shamrock Foods networks and applications.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience with Windows OS, Outlook and Microsoft Office. Some remote-site work and shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DOS, Windows, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• High School diploma or GED; degree in CS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer, record, solve and track requests from users.
• Administer Shamrock Foods applications and support Windows/Microsoft systems.
• Evaluate, isolate and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Maintain user access to Shamrock Foods Enterprise Network and applications.
• Communicate technical information clearly to associates.
• Manage incidents/outages by directing resources to resolution.
• Perform daily operations tasks (system checks, reboots, reports).
