Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an IT support professional to answer, record, and resolve user requests while administrating Shamrock applications. The role focuses on Windows OS, Microsoft systems, and ensuring reliable access to the enterprise network.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and communicate technical processes to associates. Flexibility for swing shifts and on-call duties is expected, with potential for occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work swing/overnight/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, solve and track user requests.
• Support and administer Shamrock Foods applications.
• Provide Windows OS and Microsoft system support.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Maintain user access to Shamrock Foods Enterprise Network and apps.
• Escalate appropriately and manage incidents/outages.
• Coordinate backups and daily operations tasks.
• Communicate technical information clearly to associates.
