KBR in Colorado's Aurora area is seeking a Stationary Engineer to support a government client. This contingent role is focused on operating and maintaining chiller and generator plants, while overseeing 24/7 operations and contractor teams at the site.

The successful candidate will manage safety, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with regulations and data integrity in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or eligible to obtain.
• Seven years of facilities operations experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for directing 24/7 teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and operation of chiller and generator plants.
• Direct all contractor personnel at Utility Plants and rooms.
• Oversee 24/7 operations to ensure continuous critical facilities performance.
• Provide safety-compliant guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Implement preventive maintenance and environmental controls to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Lead 24/7 training plans for staff to respond to site anomalies.
