Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a SOC Supervisor to lead a team of SOC Analysts, overseeing alarm activity, responding to real-time incidents, and addressing physical security in stores, with guidance and oversight 24/7.

You will supervise during shifts, act as escalation point for break-ins and large-scale thefts, coordinate with stores, field leadership, and law enforcement, and provide hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Security Operations Center, Loss Prevention, law enforcement, or related security field.
• Previous leadership or shift-lead experience preferred; ability to supervise while performing hands-on analyst work.
• Proficiency in alarm monitoring platforms, video surveillance systems, and incident reporting tools.
• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills with the ability to act quickly in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with retail teams, field leaders, and law enforcement.
• Ability to multi-task and manage team responsibilities in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Flexible to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

This position plays a key role in protecting company assets by overseeing alarm activity, responding to real-time incidents, and proactively addressing physical security concerns in stores. The SOC Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure the SOC operates effectively 24/7.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise SOC operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all incoming alarms and incidents are reviewed, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.

• Serve as the escalation point for critical events, including break-ins and large-scale thefts, coordinating with stores, field leadership, and law enforcement.

• Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and real‑time feedback to SOC Analysts to maintain consistency and accuracy in incident handling.

• Balance workload distribution among analysts during shifts to ensure efficiency and effective coverage.

• Assist in investigations by pulling reports, reviewing video, and ensuring proper incident documentation.

• Identify patterns, trends, and vulnerabilities in alarm activity and theft events, escalating to leadership as needed.
