Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Center Supervisor to lead a team of SOC Analysts in a fast paced retail environment.

You will oversee alarm activity, respond to real-time incidents, and guide analysts to ensure accurate incident handling across shifts. You will coordinate with stores, field leadership, and law enforcement, while delivering hands-on training and coaching to maintain high standards of security operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a Security Operations Center, Loss Prevention, law enforcement, or related security field.
• Previous leadership or shift-lead experience preferred; ability to supervise while performing hands-on analyst work required.
• Proficiency in alarm monitoring platforms, video surveillance systems, and incident reporting tools.
• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills with the ability to act quickly in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with retail teams, field leaders, and law enforcement.
• Ability to multi-task and manage team responsibilities in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Flexible to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SOC operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all incoming alarms and incidents are reviewed, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical events, including break-ins and large-scale thefts, coordinating with stores, field leadership, and law enforcement.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and real-time feedback to SOC Analysts to maintain consistency and accuracy in incident handling.
• Balance workload distribution among analysts during shifts to ensure efficiency and effective coverage.
• Assist in investigations by pulling reports, reviewing video, and ensuring proper incident documentation.
• Identify patterns, trends, and vulnerabilities in alarm activity and theft events, escalating to leadership as needed.
• Participate in the development and refinement of SOC procedures, ensuring they reflect current security priorities.
• Prepare shift handoff reports and maintain clear communication between teams and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the security and loss prevention.
