Job summary
Quant is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join the US delivery team and monitor production health across multiple services in a 24/7 rotating shift. You’ll respond to incidents, help resolve issues, and contribute to automation to reduce toil, while maintaining thorough incident logs and context for escalation.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in SRE, DevOps or production engineering.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and observability tooling.
- Exposure to blockchain or node operations is an advantage.
- Comfort handling incident response under time pressure.
- Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Monitor platform health, alerts and dashboards across production components, and acknowledge alerts within SLA.
- Respond to production incidents during your shift and help resolve them.
- Contribute to automation that reduces repetitive operational toil.
- Keep accurate shift logs and incident documentation.
- Escalate to the Senior SRE with complete diagnostic context.
