Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.
- 1+ years of previous customer service or support experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external clients, provide information about products and services, answer inquiries and investigate issues, provide initial troubleshooting and guidance, while documenting all interactions.
- Follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients' problems and update clients on status or resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service 24x7x365 through proactive communication and monitoring of the production environment.
