Job summary

Zoot Enterprises is seeking a Service Operations Technician – Tier 1 in Bozeman, MT to act as the first responder to client inquiries and provide technical assistance to users. The role supports 24x7 operations, manages incident progression, and documents all interactions to ensure timely resolution.

The position emphasizes initial research, prioritization of requests, and escalation when needed, within a fast-paced production environment and a global software platform.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.
1+ years of previous customer service or support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate with internal and external clients, provide information about products and services, answer inquiries and investigate issues, provide initial troubleshooting and guidance, while documenting all interactions.
Follow up to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients' problems and update clients on status or resolution.
Provide excellent customer service 24x7x365 through proactive communication and monitoring of the production environment.
