Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Security Control Center Operator to monitor alarms, coordinate responses, and support incident management from a centralized center in Saint Paul, MN and Gresham, OR. You will work with internal teams and external agencies to protect customers, employees and assets, while documenting actions and maintaining situational awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security, law enforcement or call centers preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and coordinate responses with internal/external agencies.
• Respond to incidents using the Enterprise Notification System and document actions.
• Operate computer systems and common software tools, adapting to changes.
• Escalate issues and dispatch vendors as needed to protect people and assets.
• Provide clear, concise written reports after incidents.
