Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs is hiring Electronic Repair Technicians for our Middletown, Ohio operation. The role focuses on maintaining and calibrating automation and control systems to ensure reliability and performance.

Responsibilities include preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of PLCs and motor controls, with emphasis on safety and quality in a 24/7 environment. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field (military electronics training also acceptable).
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to read and follow safety information, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Working rotating shift in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of automation system equipment.
• Maintenance of PLCs, motor controls, relays, and process instrumentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
