Job summary

RaceTrac in Dallas seeks a Dedicated Advanced Service Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing RaceTrac Travel Center and EDO stores to ensure operability 24/7. You diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and repair HVACR, electrical, plumbing and related systems while keeping the store safe and clean.

This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge and repair procedures required.
• Ability to use common tools and office equipment required.
• Food and Beverage equipment repair knowledge preferred
• Fuel dispenser and pump repair knowledge preferred
• Technical School training in HVACR or electrical preferred
• Experience in a retail maintenance environment preferred
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
• 4+ years work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Resolves maintenance and services issues to ensure full operability 24/7.
• Pressure washes store sections daily and maintains cleanliness.
• Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory on site.
• Provides project support to cross-functional departments.
• Responds to ad hoc maintenance requests from store personnel.
• Works with other ASTs to cross train in multiple trades.
