Job summary

Dynamis Engineering seeks an experienced ROC Specialist to provide continuous monitoring, 24/7 operational oversight, and first-line support for our fleet of mobile power generation units. You will coordinate with Product Support Engineers and field personnel to detect issues, document events, and ensure reliable, safe operations.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of electrical/controls troubleshooting experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of electrical devices such as relays, transducers, sensors, and related systems.
• Familiarity with turbine control systems and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read electrical/controls drawings.
• Knowledge of power generation packages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Dynamis data telemetry platform to ensure real-time operational awareness of power generation assets.
• Accurately create, manage, and track tickets, ensuring events and actions are documented.
• Provide first-line operational support to customers and field personnel, escalating issues as needed.
• Remotely operate equipment when onsite operators are unavailable, ensuring continuity.
• Review and analyze system alerts, alarms, and performance trends to identify risks.
• Support incident response and troubleshooting with PSEs and engineering staff.
• Maintain 24/7 situational coverage and seamless shift handover.
• Perform related duties as required.
