Dynamis Power Solutions is seeking a ROC Specialist to provide continuous monitoring and first-line support for its fleet of mobile power units. Based in The Woodlands, TX, you will coordinate with PSEs and field personnel to ensure 24/7 reliability and timely escalation where needed.
You will monitor telemetry, create and manage tickets, and remotely operate units when on-site operators are unavailable, maintaining rigorous documentation and safety standards.

Amount of Travel Required: < 25%
Work Schedule: On Call 24/7 may require some nights and weekend duty; 365 days/year.

The Remote Operations Center (ROC) Specialist is responsible for providing continuous monitoring. operational oversight. and first-line support for Dynamis' fleet of mobile power generation units embedded within the Dynamis Engineering Department. This role ensures reliable 24/7 system surveillance, timely detection of issues, and accurate documentation of events through the company ticketing tools. ROC Engineers play a critical role in bridging real-time operations with technical escalation by coordinating with Product Support Engineers (PSEs) and field personnel.
The ROC Specialist provides essential Frontline operational assurance, including the ability to remotely operate units when onsite operators are unavailable. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring reliability in mission-critical energy operations.

Frequently required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach and squat/kneel. Remote Operations Center Engineers work primarily indoors in the office. If required to go to a worksite. the work environment includes exposure to hazardous materials and operating conditions. Given these conditions employees are required to wear company mandated personal protective equipment and must strictly adhere to safety policy.
Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours. and weekends in combination depending on job demands.
