GFT in Chipley, FL is seeking a part-time Transportation Management Center (TMC) Operator to support real-time traffic operations from our Chipley office.

You'll monitor CCTV and traffic data, coordinate with DOT and field crews, dispatch maintenance teams, and update traveler information across DOT platforms in a 24/7/365 environment. This on-site role offers regular shifts with benefits and opportunities to contribute to Florida's mobility.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispatching or traffic systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced monitoring environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CCTV, traffic data, and apps to assess conditions.
• Detect incidents and coordinate with DOT, law enforcement, and field crews.
• Dispatch maintenance teams for urgent and routine needs.
• Update messages to inform travelers in real time across DOT platforms.
• Track closures, hotspots, and equipment issues.
