Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plant maintenance for a 24/7 operation.
• Supervise maintenance staff directly or through others.
• Use PMI/continuous improvement methods to enhance safety, quality, reliability, and equipment effectiveness.
• Manage maintenance inventory and parts purchasing in line with budgets.
• Support capital projects and coordinate with contractors and engineering.
