Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff on multiple shifts, ensuring reliable production in a 24/7 dairy facility.

You will plan, assign, and direct maintenance work while addressing issues and coordinating with plant engineers to improve safety, quality and equipment effectiveness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in Dairy/Food/Beverage industry or equivalent.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel; ability to plan, assign and direct work.
• Strong knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, PLCs, electrical systems, cooling towers and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance employees across assigned shifts to ensure effective maintenance services and support production 24/7.
• Plan, assign and direct work; address maintenance and safety issues; work with plant engineer and management to improve OEE.
• Maintain documentation and records; ensure compliance with policies, OSHA regulations and laws; manage capital projects and per-procedure standards.
