Job summary

Saputo Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to directly supervise maintenance staff across shifts and ensure reliable, safe operation in a high-demand dairy processing environment.

You will plan, assign, and direct work while addressing equipment and employee issues in a 24/7 setting. The role requires a minimum five years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience, knowledge of boilers, ammonia systems, PLCs, and electrical systems, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred and at least five years of industrial maintenance experience; supervision experience required.
• Knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, PLCs, electrical, cooling towers, ammonia compressors, packaging equipment; ability to read schematics and ladder logic.
• Familiarity with GMPs and safety procedures; proficient in MS Office and computer-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure effective maintenance services and support production in a 24/7 operation.
• Collaborate with plant engineer, maintenance manager, and facility management to improve safety, quality, reliability, and equipment effectiveness.
• Maintain and manage preventive maintenance programs, MCCs, instrumentations, and documentation; ensure compliance with policies and codes.
