Job summary

Saputo, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager for an on-site role in Biscoe, NC. The candidate will lead a 24/7 maintenance team, ensuring safety, quality, and reliability of equipment and facilities. SAP knowledge is preferred and GMP/5S familiarity is required.

The role requires a technical degree and at least five years of progressive management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to drive continuous improvement and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial mechanical or related discipline.
• GMP, Food Safety, and 5S experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP a plus.
• Union experience preferred where applicable.
• Ability to lead safety/security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plant maintenance for a 24/7 operation.
• Collaborate with management to improve safety, quality, reliability, and OEE.
• Manage maintenance, utilities, buildings, and grounds using MO-based systems.
• Coordinate with engineers on capital projects and with contractors.
