Job summary

PNC is seeking a System Reliability & Support Specialist for the Lending Payments SRC Team. This in-office role is based in Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Birmingham, Farmers Branch, Denver, or Phoenix, with responsibilities across the 24/7 operation to keep payment systems stable.

You will monitor and support enterprise payment systems, perform patching, incident resolution, and governance tasks, collaborating with IT, security, and operations to uphold controls and service levels.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• No Required Certification(s)

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance to technology standards.
• Performs maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades.
• Incident detection, resolution and/or escalation with root cause analysis.
• Monitors systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and reports trends.
• Develops in depth knowledge of supported systems and applications.
• Performs application governance, such as required attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, responding to audit/regulatory inquiries and complying with technology standards.
