Job summary

Asahi Beer USA | Octopi Brewing is seeking a Packaging Line Manager to lead a 24-hour packaging operation, owning safety, quality, and efficiency while developing the team across all shifts. You will collaborate with Brewing, Lab, Maintenance, Warehouse and QA to keep lines running reliably and drive data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and the ability to lift 55 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership and managerial experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on approach to safety, quality, and process improvement.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and prioritize in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 24-hour packaging team across all shifts.
• Plan and oversee daily packaging operations to meet schedules and specs.
• Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate maintenance for reliability.
• Own root cause analysis and data-driven improvements.
• Build and maintain training systems, SOPs, and competency tracking.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, OSHA compliance through inspections and audits.
