Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services is seeking a Network Operations Technician to join our 24/7 NOC in Austin, TX. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and server issues across multiple data center locations, using Jira for incident tracking and collaborating with Engineering and Operations to drive resolutions.

The role emphasizes Linux administration, hardware diagnostics, and a strong focus on customer service as the face of Cirrascale to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a NOC or similar environment.
• Proficient with Linux OS and CLI.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Break-Fix and troubleshooting of GPUs and Server devices in a NOC setting.
• Remotely troubleshoot servers and GPUs across data centers.
• Configure and maintain Linux servers and networking equipment.
• Conduct PM, root-cause analysis and repair hardware/software issues.
• Document configurations, updates, and assets in the CMMS/DB.
