Job summary

PIRTEK Midland–Odessa is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in the Permian Basin with 24/7/365 mobile on-site hydraulic and industrial hose services. You will focus on new account development and wallet-share growth among fleet, industrial, and field operations where downtime is costly.

Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business, presenting our hose and fitting offerings, and coordinating with operations to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience in industrial, MRO, oilfield services, construction equipment, or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with field teams and customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; comfortable in the field visiting customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with construction, oilfield, trucking, mining, and agricultural sectors.
• Promote PIRTEK’s 24/7/365 mobile on-site hose service to reduce downtime.
• Conduct visits and plant walk-throughs to identify maintenance opportunities and upsell services.
• Present the full product line including hydraulic hoses, adapters, and fittings.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance to avoid failures and spills.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless quote-to-service delivery.
• Track pipeline activity, calls, quotes, and won deals in territory.
• Represent PIRTEK at industry events and toolbox talks to build brand awareness.
