Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our 24/7 advanced manufacturing facility to ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of maintenance operations. You will lead the maintenance team, including hiring, development, and day-to-day supervision.

You will oversee the preventive maintenance program, hazardous waste compliance, and serve as the primary maintenace contact for production, engineering, and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role with direct reports.
• Experience in a 24/7 continuous-process facility is a plus.
• Experience in additive manufacturing or regulated production environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Maintenance Technicians across all shifts with on-call rotation.
• Lead performance reviews, coaching, and development plans.
• Ensure CMMS records meet regulatory standards and documentation quality.
• Oversee the preventive maintenance program for all production equipment.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Drive 5S and lean manufacturing practices across maintenance areas.
