Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure equipment uptime, product quality, and operational efficiency, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a professional manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience with additive manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Complete routine inspections and daily maintenance rounds.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and actions in CMMS.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process equipment issues.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and adhere to safety policies.
