Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to serve as the senior technical resource within the Maintenance Operations team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize production equipment and facility systems while ensuring safe, compliant manufacturing operations.

This role requires independent work, mentoring junior technicians, and leading reliability improvements. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and cross-functional teams to enhance uptime,

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience in GMP/ISO and medical device environments preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of complex production equipment.
• Maintain and administer calibration program; ensure traceability of equipment.
• Provide mentorship and training to maintenance technicians I and II.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
