Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards and demonstrate sound judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including meats, fish, eggs and vegetables in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards, stock and rotate kitchen items, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
