Seventy Six Union Village in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Tavern Line Cook to support the executive kitchen team. The role involves cooking, grilling and plating, with emphasis on high-volume service and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Directly supports the Executive Chef and senior kitchen staff.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.
• Assists with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs and vegetables.
